We use 95% bamboo viscose and 5% spandex to manufacture our clothing. Bamboo makes the absolute softest fabric and is eco-friendly. The spandex is simply used for added stretch & comfort. All of our items are made in China, but designed, packaged & shipped from Orlando, Florida.

Hand or machine wash on gentle with like colors. Dry low heat or hang dry.

Expect your items from Bamboo My Baby to be fulfilled within 1-4 business days and delivered from the United States within about 7 business days from the time your order is fulfilled. The delivery time varies from location to location and is not precise. We are as efficient as can be given our high order volumes and that we are a small business. Expect your item to arrive as soon as possible, as we only want you to be happy with your purchase from us. Remember, pre-orders are not fulfilled immediately and will be delivered on the date stated when the item was purchased.

• If you are in need of a refund, you may contact us at support@bamboomybaby.com 
• All purchases are fully refundable.
• Store credit may be acquired in gift card format as well. Funds never expire. 
• All items returned must be unworn, unused, with tags and in intact condition in order for the store credit to be issued. 
• You have 14 business days to request a return. 
• Returns must be received on our end within 30 days of the day that your return was requested. 
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days at the time your product has been received by us. 
• Any items purchased on SALE are a final purchase and are ineligible for refunds, exchanges or in store credit returns. 
• All shipping charges are non-refundable, no exceptions.
